Vincom Retail's Board of Directors has just appointed Pham Thi Thu Hien as general director, replacing Tran Mai Hoa.

Hoa will continue to work as member of the board at Vincom Retail, the retail arm of Vietnam's biggest private conglomerate Vingroup.

Hien was born in 1977. She holds a bachelor's degree in banking and finance from the Banking Academy in Hanoi and a master's degree in small and medium enterprise management.

She has more than 20 years of experience in the business field, especially real estate retail business.

Hien started working at Vincom Retail in 2014.

She held the position of sales director, managing major and international customers, then the position of Deputy General Director in charge of sales and marketing from March 2021.

As evaluated by Vincom Retail, Hien has made important contributions to the company's process of developing company’s domestic retail market, as she directly brought major international brands to the Vincom system.

By the end of September 30, Vincom Retail owns 83 shopping centers in 44 provinces and cities.

It has a total retail floor area of nearly 1.8 million sq.m and stands among the leading retail space developers and operators in Vietnam.
