According to The Straits Times, All Time Low was set to hold their first performance in Singapore in seven years on Sunday at Fort Canning Park. The band’s performance was scheduled to begin around 8 p.m., but it was delayed until about 8:15 p.m.

After playing four songs, the band’s guitarist Jack Barakat informed the audience that lead singer Alex Gaskarth had to rush to the restroom due to a bout of food poisoning and that he had already been feeling unwell during the meet-and-greet session earlier.

The band continued playing without Gaskarth, who later reappeared for a few more songs before he had to use the restroom again. The rest of the band continued performing in his absence.

Afterward, the band said they needed to check on Gaskarth because he had been gone for some time. Barakat then told the audience that they had to end the show so that Gaskarth could receive medical attention, as he was unable to stand.

As a result, the band’s last song was performed at 9 p.m., with less than half of the expected setlist played.

Gaskarth provided an update on his condition via Instagram Stories on Monday.

"As I mentioned on stage, I was fighting through a pretty bad illness, and unfortunately, it got the better of me mid-show," read the caption accompanying a photo of him in the hospital.

"As a performer, it’s genuinely heartbreaking when your body gives out in a way that affects a gig like that," he continued.

The New Paper reported that concert organizers LAMC Productions stated that there would be no refunds for the show’s attendees. Instead, they offered each ticket holder a S$30 (US$22) promo code, redeemable at any of their events over the next year.

They also mentioned working closely with All Time Low to bring the band back to Singapore as soon as possible.

Standard tickets for the All Time Low concert were priced at S$158, with several add-ons ranging from S$30 to S$285 available.

Formed in 2003, All Time Low has consistently embarked on year-long tours, headlined numerous shows, and appeared at various music festivals.

Their Singapore concert was part of their ongoing "Forever" tour, which also included stops in other Asian countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines. After the Singapore show, they are scheduled to perform in three cities across Japan—Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka.
