Four people are under criminal investigation for disturbing public order after they parked luxury cars in the middle of a north-south axis road for a wedding photo shoot.

Pham Duc Hai, 28, and Vuong Dinh Truong, 20, were arrested on May 16 for "disturbance of public order," police in the northern province of Hai Duong said on Saturday.

Two others, including the groom Nguyen Van Nam, were investigated for the same charge but were released on bail.

According to investigators, Hai incited several people to park BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, and Range Rover cars in the middle of the road on the North-South axis through Toan Thang Commune in Gia Loc District in Hai Duong on April 21 so that a groom and his bride took wedding photos.

Hai took photos and videos of the bride and groom and broadcast them live on social media.

The incident caused a traffic jam for several minutes.

The four men admitted their guilt to the police.

Police said that Hai, who sells clothes on Facebook and TikTok, had initiated the scheme to draw traffic to his pages.
