Vietnam women enter SEA Games final with Philippines win

Vietnam have advanced to the final of SEA Games' women football by defeating hosts Philippines 2-0 Thursday.

Vietnamese women secured a place in the semifinals after a 6-0 thrashing of Indonesia Friday.

The other semifinal, between Myanmar and Thailand, is played at the same time at Rizal Memorial Stadium.

Vietnamese women took home the gold medal at the previous SEA Games, where Thailand won silver.
