Two substitutions for Vietnam: striker Nguyen Tien Linh, who had a disappointing game, is replaced by Pham Tuan Hai and Van Thanh are out for Ho Tan Tai.

Only 50,000 spectators are allowed in the 77,193-capacity Gelora Bung Karno Stadium in Jakarta for the 2022 AFF Cup semifinal first leg between the host and Vietnam on Friday.

The game has been advanced by three hours on security grounds.

The football world governing body FIFA has sent experienced staff to Indonesia to monitor the match, and the Asian Football Confederation also did so.

There will be two match supervisors instead of the usual one, unprecedented for a Southeast Asian football tournament.

The precautions are being taken since recently in Indonesia's Kanjuruhan Stadium 130 people died in a stampede during a match.

Vietnam are so far unbeaten in the group stage, scoring 12 goals and conceding none. During the past five years, in all competitions, Indonesia have never beaten Vietnam, losing six matches and playing to a draw in one contest.
