Dung, 26, and Zakhidova, 23, celebrated their wedding anniversary on May 22 at a resort in the southern coastal town of Vung Tau, where they held their wedding ceremony last year. During their stay, they enjoyed a romantic dinner by the beach.

About two months after their wedding ceremony, the couple announced that they were expecting their first child. They held a gender reveal party to share their happiness with their relatives and friends.
On November 22, 2022, Zakhidova gave birth to a boy. She had to undergo an emergency cesarean section as doctors noticed unusual signs that could become dangerous in a natural delivery. The couple named their son Danil.
In December 2022, the couple held a full-moon Christmas-themed party for Danil. After getting married, Dung’s life has been revolving around spending time with his family, training, and playing football.
The goalkeeper once said he missed his son as soon as he stepped out of his house. Currently, Dung is residing in the northern province of Hung Yen, where his club Hanoi Police FC is based, while Zakhidova and Danil are living in HCMC.
The father-and-mother still treat each other like lovebirds, including telling each other sweet words and taking time to travel together.
Zakhidova lost weight and regained her pre-pregnancy body quickly. She said she lost 13 kilograms during the first 10 days after her delivery.
Dung visits his wife and son in HCMC whenever he has days off. His private life is blooming, but his career is going through hardships, and he has had to act as a substitute in his club’s recent matches.
On Danil’s six-month anniversary, the couple publicized his face, which had previously been kept secret. The baby boy is said to have fair skin, look healthy, and take after both his father and his mother.
Dung gained popularity when he played for the U23 national team at the AFC U23 Championship. He is currently playing for Hanoi Police FC in the top tier of Vietnamese football.
