At night, newly installed lighting systems illuminate the entire Long Thanh interchange.
This massive transport complex connects several vital routes, including the nearly 54-kilometer Bien Hoa–Vung Tau Expressway, which is expected to finally ease pressure on the heavily congested National Highway 51.
It also links to the 55-kilometer HCMC–Long Thanh–Dau Giay Expressway, a crucial artery connecting Ho Chi Minh City with the northern provinces.
Ultimately, these infrastructure upgrades all serve a single major destination: Long Thanh International Airport. Set to become Vietnam’s largest aviation hub, the airport is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
