The owners of the villa wanted a place where they could unwind and entertain, one that seamlessly blended luxury, functionality and relaxation while still maintaining a connection with nature.
To achieve this vision, the architecture team combined elements from two distinct styles: neoclassical and Mediterranean. The result is a two-story villa that blends with the lush surroundings to create an elegant living space.
Over three years, the team meticulously created the villa, ensuring it met both functional needs and aesthetic aspirations, while also keeping an eye on practicality and cost.
Instead of using traditional mosaic tiles for the swimming pool, light gray tiles were used to achieve a jade green color for the water, making it a highlight of the villa.
Curved arches are used extensively throughout the whole villa, a hallmark of neoclassical architecture.
On the ground floor are the parking area, pool, living room, kitchen, and dining room, an entertainment room, a bedroom and a study.
The first floor has four bedrooms, each with a bathroom, and another entertainment room.
The use of diverse shapes and proportions is a distinctive feature of the villa. Both the exteriors and interiors of the villa include symmetrical designs that evoke a sense of balance and elegance.
The common living space includes a living room and a kitchen - dining room located in the center. The space is placed between a garden and the large pool.
There is a curved staircase, a feature of neoclassical architecture and another notable highlight of the building.
