La Veranda Resort Phu Quoc – MGallery on the southern tourist island of Phu Quoc was named "Asia's leading boutique resort" at the awards ceremony in HCMC on Wednesday.
Its architecture is inspired by the French colonial mansion of the 1920s.
Surrounded by green trees, it has 70 rooms with private balconies, two restaurants, a lounge bar, and a pool.

Banyan Tree Lang Co in Phu Loc District, Thua Thien Hue Province was voted "Asia's leading luxury beach resort."
It has 82 villas with private pools and is surrounded by the pristine beaches of Lang Co Bay, also famous for its majestic mountains and tropical forests.
Golfers can tee off at the Sir Nick Faldo-designed 18-hole championship course that meanders through rice paddies and streams against the backdrop of mountains.
The villas here are designed in the traditional Hue style and decorated with Champa sandstone sculptures, Dong Son drums, calligraphy, ceramics, and embroidered silk paintings.
The resort also offers visitors a basket boat tour to explore Lap An Lagoon, where generations of residents have subsisted on fishing, and a tour of Bach Ma National Park.

It has 102 rooms with yellow walls and red-titled roofs overlooking the Hoai River where a colorful lantern festival is held on the 14th day of each lunar month.
Visitors can watch the "Hoi An Memories" live-action show that recreates the 400-year history of Hoi An from its early days as a small village to its golden era as a busy trading port.

New World Phu Quoc Resort on Khem Beach was voted "Asia's leading family beach resort."
Its design was inspired by fishing villages, and its villas are made of eco-friendly materials like wood and bamboo.
It has 375 of them surrounded by coconut trees.
There is also a fitness center and studio, 16-room spa and kids' club.

Premier Village Ha Long Bay, 100 meters from Bai Chay beach in the northern province of Quang Ninh, was voted "Asia's leading family villa resort."
Overlooking Ha Long Bay, it offers 67 beach-view villas, each with a private outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and terrace.

InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort won the award for "Asia's leading green resort."
Standing inside the Son Tra Nature Reserve, home to some critically endangered species like the red-shanked douc langur, the resort has strict policies to protect the wildlife.
It has 201 rooms, suites, penthouses, and villas along a 700-meter private beach.

Six Senses Ninh Van Bay, a 20-minute boat ride from Nha Trang, was voted "Asia's leading honeymoon resort."
The resort on Ninh Van Bay is quite isolated, making it ideal for honeymoons in a peaceful atmosphere amid lush greenery.
It is one of the few resorts in Vietnam to protect another critically endangered primate, the black-shanked douc langur.

JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort & Spa along Khem Beach, only 15 minutes from Phu Quoc International Airport, was named "Asia's leading luxury wedding resort."

The French-style resort opened its doors to guests on 2016.
It has four restaurants serving French, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Chinese foods.

Shilla Monogram Quangnam Danang was voted "Asia's leading lifestyle resort."
Located in Dien Ban District in Quang Nam Province next door to Da Nang, the resort has 309 rooms with views of Son Tra Peninsula. It has an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by greenery.
The resort, built in 2020 amid the Covid pandemic, is around 500 meters from Ha My beach.

Naman Retreat on Truong Sa Street along Non Nuoc Beach in Da Nang was named "Asia's leading retreat."
It has 113 villas with private swimming pools, gardens for guests to exercise and other wellness services.
They are a combination of contemporary architecture and Vietnamese culture.
