Giang Trinh, a photographer from Hanoi, visited Ha Giang in the final week of February. Having been there in different seasons, Trinh thinks this is the most beautiful time in Ha Giang.

He went to popular locations like Lung Cu Flag Tower, Sung La Commune, Lao Xa Village, and Lo Lo Chai Village, where the abundance of plum and peach blossoms created a charming atmosphere.

The weather was nice when he got there, sunny and around 20 degrees Celsius. He believes the flowers will continue to enchant visitors with their beauty for another week.

Pink peach blossoms and white plum blossoms are commonly planted side by side in gardens and along roads in Ha Giang. Originally, people planted these flowers solely for their natural beauty, not with the intention of catering to tourists.

In addition to the resplendent plum and peach blossoms, the banks of the Nho Que River are ablaze with the red hues of cotton tree flowers.

"They're so beautiful," Giang said.

The flowers grow in clusters along the slopes of the river, creating a pattern that rises and falls like gentle waves, visible from all angles.

The Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Ha Giang Province reported that during Tet (Feb. 8-14), tourist numbers in the province surged by over 80% compared to the same period last year. Even after the peak holiday season, many visitors continued to arrive.
