Located at 41 Nguyen Dinh Thi Street in Tay Ho District, for nearly two months, this café has drawn attention for its cave-like design.
The first floor has only one or two tables, with most of the seating arranged along the sidewalk. The second and third floors are enclosed in clear glass and equipped with air conditioning, while the fourth floor is open.
The café features a brown and yellow color palette. Glass windows on the second and third floors let in natural light.
The ceiling and walls have a rugged texture, mimicking rock surfaces, crafted from reinforced cement.
Lighting and color are arranged to recreate a raw beauty. The surfaces are finished with a rough texture to enhance the realistic feel when touched.
The space is decorated with faux moss, greenery, and wall lamps, creating a nature-inspired atmosphere.
Tables and chairs are designed to resemble stone blocks, giving guests the feeling of sitting inside an actual cave.
The pathways between floors are shaped like cave interiors, with stone-like walls imitating natural terrain. However, the stairs to the fourth floor are steep and narrow, so visitors are advised to walk carefully to avoid slipping.
Tran Tien Dung visited the café with his girlfriend, as they enjoy exploring unique cafés.
"I came across a video on social media and was struck by the cave-like design and wild atmosphere. The space is open, but to get a good seat and avoid the crowds, it's best to come early," he shared.
Seats on the fourth floor are always in high demand due to the location, offering a view of the lake.
Drinks are served in plastic containers rather than glass cups like in most cafés. The menu mainly includes tea, coffee, and smoothies.
Prices range from VND65,000 to VND70,000 ($2.50 - $2.75) for small sizes and VND85,000 to VND90,000 ($3.30 - $3.50) for large. However, the taste has not received much praise, with quality often considered lacking for the price.
The café is often overcrowded during peak hours, even on weekdays. When it gets busy, staff may combine tables to maximize seating. For those looking to take photos, visiting in the morning or early afternoon is recommended.
