The Cloudest, at 141 Vo Nguyen Giap Street in Thu Duc City, began welcoming guests in mid-May.
According to its owner, the concept took over a month to plan and build. The design draws inspiration from Mediterranean coastal towns, featuring turquoise water, palm trees and island setups.
"We wanted to create a space that feels like summer all year round," the owner said.

Surrounding the pool are tropical plants like palms and coconut trees. White sand lines the walkways, while stone accents complete the tropical beach aesthetic.
Food and beverage counters encircle the pool area, offering guests views from every seat.
Lounge beds and tents are arranged around the pool, allowing visitors to unwind after swimming. Materials like wood, fabric and rope were chosen to ensure a natural feel.
One corner of the pool features a faux cave with a waterfall, which is particularly popular with children.
Ngoc Nhu (L), 18, of Thu Duc City said she queued early with friends to enter.
"The café feels like a resort abroad. It is spacious and has many picture-perfect areas."
Nguyen Ho Le Quyen, 19, also of Thu Duc, came after seeing the café trending on social media.
She said the pool is clean, the facilities like changing rooms are convenient and staff are attentive and helpful.
Beyond the pool, decorative touches like clay pots filled with cacti and other tropical plants offer more "check-in" opportunities for photo lovers.
The seafood and BBQ dining zone operates from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., with large tables ideal for groups. As the café is open-air with no air conditioning, it is most comfortable in the late afternoon and evening. Diners can enjoy grilled dishes and hotpots while listening to music and enjoying the breeze from the pool.
A standout experience here is the floating tray dining option. Meals and drinks are arranged on a floating tray, which is then placed in the pool. Guests can relax in the water and enjoy their food.
Prices for floating trays range from VND200,000 to VND500,000 (US$7.69 - 19.23).
The pool is open from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and the café from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The lounge comes alive at 7:30 p.m. and remains busy until 1 a.m.
Entry for swimming starts at VND99,000 ($3.80). Coffee is priced from VND69,000 ($2.65) and cocktails from VND139,000 ($5.30).
The place receives hundreds of guests daily, especially in the mornings and evenings. Although located in a small alley and is somewhat difficult to find, it offers a parking area with reasonable fees.
