Phu Quoc has three main tourism areas. The north is home to large resorts and theme parks, while Duong Dong, in the center, is the island's main hub for shops and services. Southern Phu Quoc, seen here, has hotels, entertainment venues, and shopping areas.

Visitors can walk along the shore, listen to the waves at sunrise, swim, and take photos. The calm water also makes it a popular spot for kayaking and other water sports.
Rach Vem (pictured), in the north, is known for its floating seafood farms and starfish, which often appear in the shallow water near the shore toward the end of the year.
Visitors can take a boat to the floating platforms, eat seafood, and take in sea views. Starfish should be left where they are and never lifted out of the water for photos.
