The Khanh Hoa Province Standing Committee has approved an urban design idea in the eastern area of Tran Phu and Pham Van Dong streets. The planned area spans around 20 km, from Pham Van Dong to the end of Tran Phu.

The total area of the road is 253 ha, in which new structures account for 5.56 ha, and the tree density will see a 25% increase.

From the north to the south, the road spans around 20 km of the coast and is divided into four sections, entailing various types of parks, and cruise ships. The theme is derived from the curves of the mountains and the coastlines.

Pictured above is the first section of the road, entailing an avenue of light spanning 2 ha and with a capacity of 22,000 people. There will be parks and food villages nearby.
