According to Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Thanh Binh, the visit is an opportunity for the two countries to enhance sharing on regional and international security and strategic issues, and to affirm mutual support in multilateral forums.
This occasion also serves to strengthen traditional cooperation areas and expand into potential, advantageous fields such as electronics, telecommunications, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, renewable energy, green economy, digital economy, AI, semiconductors, new materials, and essential minerals.
