The Old Quarter management on Tuesday handed over the street to the Hang Ma Ward administration.
"If any mural becomes downgraded, we will renovate it," Dao Quang Nam, deputy chairman of Hang Ma, said.
An arch near an intersection with Le Van Linh Street is cleared up.
The mural street, done by Vietnamese and South Korean artists, opened to the public in 2018. The 200-m street has 17 murals depicting Hanoi's culture and daily life.
