The Pulchra Resort project, spanning around 10 ha, lies on Truong Sa Street, next to Tan Tra Beach in Ngu Hanh Son District. The first phase of the project entails 31 villas, which had gone into operation in January 2013. Yet they are now abandoned.

The project is the first tourism project in the city with all of its FDI capital being from Japan, and is the second foreign project by P&I Enterprise. The project itself has several trees and pools.

The project's center is a hall to receive guests, along with a swimming pool, bars and restaurants.

The facility lies in an ideal area, on a road that connects Da Nang and Hoi An, near coastal golf courses and resorts, 9.2 km away from downtown Da Nang and 14.1 km away from the airport.

The project has 18 garden villas, 11 lake villas and two coastal villas. However, it is now closed down, with lakes running dry and overgrown with plant life.

Reviews of Pulchra Resort have only been updated up to 2019. Google Maps said it is "permanently closed."

There are swimming pools in front of all the villas. The price for a night at the villa was up to VND8 million ($315) a night.

The main gates of the resort are always closed. There are no employees present, save for some guards.

Fences have been degraded to the elements, and several trees have wilted dry.

Overgrowing weeds surround a brick wall with the name of the resort.

Authorities said the project stopped due to several reasons, including financial difficulties.
