The pair met in late 2016, when Georgina was working as a sales assistant at a Gucci store. Shortly after, they began dating.
Georgina recalled how Ronaldo would pick her up after work in luxury cars, sometimes a Bugatti, drawing admiration from her colleagues.
Their first public appearance together was on Jan. 9, 2017, at the FIFA The Best Awards in Zurich, where Ronaldo won the top honor and attended with Georgina and his eldest son, Cristiano Jr. (whose mother’s identity remains private).
In March that year, Ronaldo confirmed their relationship on Instagram with a cozy photo of them on a sofa.
On June 29, 2017, Ronaldo announced the birth of twins Eva and Mateo via surrogacy. Weeks later, he revealed Georgina was pregnant with their first child together. She appeared on the cover of HOLA! magazine, expressing her love for family life and her wish to surround herself with positivity.
In August 2018, after Ronaldo joined Juventus, the family posed together in the club’s black-and-white jerseys, with Junior, Eva, Mateo and Alana alongside the couple.
Later that year, engagement rumors surfaced when Georgina was seen wearing a diamond ring on Instagram, though neither confirmed the news.
In April 2022, tragedy struck when their baby boy, Angel, passed away shortly after birth. Their daughter, Bella Esmeralda, survived, becoming a source of strength for the family. Days later, Ronaldo shared a family photo with Bella, thanking the public for their support.
In December 2022, after Ronaldo was benched in Portugal’s World Cup quarter-final loss to Morocco, Georgina defended him publicly, calling him “the best player in the world”, a display of support she has shown many times.
A month later, the family relocated to Saudi Arabia following Ronaldo’s move to Al-Nassr.
