Midfielder Que Ngoc Hai represents the team to hand the flowers to coach Troussier as the team wish him health and success with Vietnamese football.
Coach Troussier said that as a teacher, he wants to share everything he knows to his players, to empower them for victories.
"We have the chance to best show what we have learned tomorrow," the French coach said of Vietnam's match against Iraq at the second World Cup qualification round on Tuesday.

Troussier instructs his players to set up balls and other equipment for the training.
He has called for Vietnamese football fans to fill up My Dinh Stadium to help Vietnam create surprises against Iraq on Tuesday. The game will be the first official home game of the national team under coach Troussier.
Vietnam have played Iraq four times. They lost three games and drew in one.
A total of 28 players joined the training, as coach Troussier only decided the starting line before the game.
The players have gained confidence after their 2-0 victory against the Philippines last Thursday.
But Iraq will be a tougher challenge as they currently stand 68th in FIFA ranking, 26 places above Vietnam and are considered the strongest contender in Group F, beating Indonesia 5-1 in their previous game.
Iraq are led by coach Jesus Casas. They have 12 members playing overseas.
