Lam Pho Bo (Lam's beef pho) - 48 Hang Vai, Hoan Kiem District

The 30-year-old Pho Lam is a popular breakfast spot. This family-run eatery is located in the same house where the owner, Lam, lives. The broth is light and subtly sweet, different from the bold flavor of Nam Dinh-style pho, and the standout dish is pho loi, featuring slices of top blade steak.
