Tien, CEO of Duy Anh Fashion and Cosmetics Company (DAFC) which distributes over 60 international brands including Rolex, came to Paris to attend a fashion event late last month.
The 27-year-old is the daughter of 73-year-old Jonathan Hanh Nguyen, the founder and chairman of IPPG, Vietnam's leading luxury retailer that holds exclusive distribution rights for over 100 prestigious brands.
Alongside her involvement with the IPPG Fund for Community, Tien commands a strong social media presence, boasting over 254,000 Instagram followers.
During her trip, she attended a themed party at Anna Paris, a Greek restaurant designed with Mediterranean inspiration.
The venue features plaster ceilings and terrazzo floors that evoke the feel of a coastal retreat.
The menu includes Greek classics such as grilled fish, tzatziki me pita, hummus, grilled octopus (xtapodi sti sxara), moussaka, and the famous Greek salad: Choriatiki Salata.
She also visited Le Dôme Café, a restaurant in Montparnasse that opened its doors in 1898.
With 126 years of history, Le Dôme was once a favorite gathering spot for intellectuals, artists, and writers.
The restaurant is a must-visit for anyone seeking fine French cuisine and an authentic Parisian dining experience.
Its specialties include fresh seafood, particularly lobster and bouillabaisse, a traditional fish soup from the Provence region.
The menu also features classic French dishes such as foie gras, escargot, and various grilled meats.
Another stop on her food tour was Le Relais de L'Entrecôte, a restaurant famous for serving just one main dish—entrecôte steak, which is sliced into bite-sized pieces and served with fries and salad.
The standout element of this dish is the restaurant’s secret sauce, a slightly spicy and tangy creation that sets it apart.
She also tried Peruvian dish Pollo a la Brasa, a grilled chicken marinated in simple spices and cooked over charcoal.
The dish is served with a green sauce made from coriander or basil, which complements the tender, golden-brown chicken.
Not one to miss out on street food, Tien enjoyed Venchi ice cream, an Italian brand operating since 1878.
