Anant Ambani, 28, the youngest heir of Mukesh Ambani, who helms the Reliance Industries conglomerate, and his bride Radhika Merchant, 29, daughter of Indian billionaire Viren Merchant, plan to hold their official wedding on July 12.
From March 1 to 3, the couple's pre-wedding party was held in Jamnagar, with the participation of many of the world's billionaires and former leading politicians.
To serve the "wedding of the century," a team of 25 top chefs were invited to fly to Jamnagar to prepare dishes for more than 1,000 guests.

The pre-wedding's menu consists of four meals a day, starting with a breakfast option of 75 dishes, followed by a lunch of 225 dishes, a dinner selection of 275 dishes and a midnight menu of 85 meals, according to Fortune India.

Chef Tukta Puripanya, known as The Master of Thai Food, was present at the pre-wedding celebrations and served some authentic Thai dishes such as crispy papaya salad and Pad Thai noodles.

Guests arriving at the party were also treated with sweet cakes including saffron penda, dry fruit sukhdi, churma laddus, pistachio sweets, halvasana, mohanthal and surtighari, according to News 18.
The welcome drinks included mango panna and lemon shikanji.
According to the Guardian, the pre-wedding celebrations were held in a 12-square-kilometer garden on the grounds of an oil refinery in Jamnagar, Gujarat state.
The garden has more than 10 million trees and is the largest mango garden in Asia.
It's also home to Ambani's animal rescue and rehabilitation center, which houses 2,000 animals rescued in India and around the world, including leopards, tigers, lions, jaguars and elephants.
