Mrs. Mo in HCMC is a modern Vietnamese restaurant specializing in traditional pho, including both noodle soup and stir-fried pho.
Opened in 2025, the restaurant focuses on carefully prepared broths made from bones that are simmered continuously for 24 hours.
Diners can choose from three different broth styles, each offering its own distinctive flavor profile.
Beyond pho, the menu also features grilled catfish served with crispy rice paper and shrimp paste, a combination that highlights the restaurant's approach to traditional Vietnamese flavors in a contemporary setting.
In a June 3 announcement, one day before the Michelin Guide ceremony, the restaurant said it would temporarily suspend operations as it prepares for a new chapter, while thanking loyal customers for their continued support.
It is located 23C Le Van Mien Street, An Khanh Ward.
According to Michelin, its inspectors assess venues based on five criteria: the personality of the chef as presented in the cuisine, the harmony of flavors, the mastery of cooking techniques, the quality of products and the consistency both over time and across the entire menu.
