Located inside Le Jardin Hotel Haute Couture, the restaurant serves dishes using Asian ingredients and refined through European techniques.

Lai Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City comes in fourth.
Located on the 28th floor of Sedona Suites, the restaurant's interior is done out in traditional Chinese décor featuring modern paintings and flowers, with floor-to-ceiling windows revealing wide city views.
The menu combines classical Cantonese with contemporary elements and a twist of southern Asian. Its signature dishes include Peking duck and dim sum.

Reflections on the third floor of Caravelle Saigon Hotel ranks fifth.

Alma Restaurant on the 33rd floor of Meliá Vinpearl Hue ranks sixth.
It offers perfectly cooked steaks in a luxurious atmosphere featuring a modern design and panoramic views.
"From beautifully plated seafood to sumptuous steaks, Alma Restaurant is the perfect spot for a special night out," Tripadvisor wrote.
It is located at 50A Hung Vuong Street, Hue.
Kumihimo Restaurant inside JW Marriott Hanoi Hotel which mainly serves Japanese cuisine ranks seventh.
Guests can order exclusive set menu and premium BBQ set menu at its private Sumibi room.
"The creative take on Japanese dishes are a major draw too—try anything with fresh seafood or one of their signature desserts, they won't disappoint. The live music will top off any good night," Tripadvisor wrote.
