Foreign tourists are forced to navigate flooded streets in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City on Tuesday afternoon following a heavy rain.

The area, a five-minute walk from Ben Thanh Market, is home to an array of food stalls, fine-dining restaurants, and bars. It was voted by editors at British magazine Time Out as one of the coolest neighborhoods in the world last year.
