Bui Xa Village in Xuan Mai Town of Chuong My District is completed isolated by floodwaters on Wednesday morning.
At 6 a.m. on Wednesday, the water level on the Bui River through Chuong My District was measured at 6.75 m.
Locals had to use boats to move around the village, where the deepest flooded area was over 1 m deep.
