According to Hanoi Drainage Company, due to the impact of Storm Bualoi, scattered rain fell across the city starting Monday night. Some places recorded very high rainfall over the past 24 hours: Xuan Mai Commune 198 mm, Tay Mo Ward 169 mm, Phu Luong Ward 118 mm, O Cho Dua Ward 104 mm, Vinh Thanh Commune 99 mm.
Pumping stations at Yen So, Cau Buou, Dong Bong 1 and 2, Co Nhue, and Da Sy are operating to lower water levels; Yen So Station alone has five out of 20 pumps running to reduce pressure on the drainage system.
