The four-seater, bought in 2018, went under the hammer with a reserve price of VND10 billion ($402,500) on Oct. 24, but the auction was called off since no one even placed a deposit for it.
The car is now on display in Hanoi, and the second auction next month has a starting price of VND9.7 billion.
The Rolls-Royce has a V12 6.6L engine that generates 563bhp and can go from zero to 100 kilometers per hour within 4.7 seconds. It has a top speed of 250 kph.
