Choi shared photos of the wedding on Instagram, revealing that the ceremony, held on Wednesday, was a modern affair at the same resort where she and her husband had celebrated shortly after their engagement.
“We had dinner on the lawn, overlooking the sea, and I thought to myself—What if we brought all our loved ones to this amazing place that means so much to us?” she explained.
The event unfolded on the beach with a romantic natural backdrop and concluded with a grand fireworks display in the evening.
The actress expressed confidence in her decision for the venue: “Back then, people encouraged me to explore more venues to compare, but I didn’t need to.”
“I said, this was it. This was where I wanted our wedding to be. I never even tried to look at any other venues, I just knew, the same way I knew my husband was the one.”
She plans to enjoy a honeymoon in Africa or indulge in diving to connect with nature and animals after the wedding.
