On Wednesday evening, Yen shared a series of photos on social media showing the family enjoying their mountain retreat. The actor described the trip as a joyful and meaningful getaway, with the family soaking in the vast, natural surroundings.
Joining them was Yen’s 68-year-old mother-in-law (far R), along with several close friends of the couple.
In several photos, Yen and Wang are seen holding hands while hiking—an affectionate moment that reflects their long-lasting bond.
Married for 22 years, Yen and Wang previously shared in Cosmo Bride that their love has grown stronger through mutual understanding and acceptance of each other’s flaws. They said love is not always about seeing perfection, but about appreciating one another’s strengths and being grateful.
Their two children, Jasmine (R) and James, also took part in the celebration. Jasmine, a rising singer, has released multiple music videos and frequently performs in music shows.
Yen has expressed pride in his daughter, noting that she inherited her mother’s beauty and height, along with a strong personality that mirrors his own.
Jasmine is known for setting her own professional standards and demanding excellence in every project. She has even asked her father not to interfere in her work.
With a film career spanning more than four decades, Yen is known for his roles in “Hero,” “Kill Zone (SPL),” the “Ip Man” franchise, “14 Blades,” and “xXx: Return of Xander Cage.”
He has confirmed that his anticipated films “Ip Man 5” and “Fireline 2” are currently in the works.
