Middle East flight collapse leaves overseas Vietnamese with no way back to Europe after Tet

Since military strikes on Iran triggered airspace closures across the Gulf on Feb. 28, thousands of Vietnamese who flew home for the Lunar New Year holiday have been unable to return to their jobs in Europe, with transit routes through Dubai and Doha severed and alternative ticket prices doubling or more overnight.
