Many people have voiced their anger in the Philippines after a mall group in the country’s largest retail chain SM Group threw a puppy off a footbridge.

Witnesses at the scene reported that the mall cop, Jojo Malecdem, threw the puppy that was playing with two girls, from the 6-meter-high bridge after the girls refused to leave when asked, according to The Straits Time on Thursday.
