Heir to Vietnam's top luxury retailer, bride exchange vows at Manila wedding

The ceremony was held at the Santuario de San Antonio Parish in Manila. This was also the wedding venue of Louis Nguyen, Phillip’s brother, and actress Tang Thanh Ha. Manila is the second home of Phillip, which is tied to his childhood memories.

Linh Rin, the bride, wore an elegant wedding dress with a chiffon scarf on her head as she walked with Phillip down the aisle before they gave each other a kiss to officially become husband and wife.

Linh said she was holding her breath and nervous waiting for this important moment of her life. Before the wedding, she posted on Facebook: "I can feel my heart stop then beat stronger than ever."

"I have been waiting for this moment many years ago," said Phillip. "I love you Linh Rin."

The couple called each other "the love of my life" and wrote to each other on the wedding card: "I love you yesterday, today, tomorrow and forever."

Phillip and Linh asked the guests not to post photos online or to reveal details about the wedding. They said they wanted to be the first to reveal the beautiful photos on their wedding day.

After the ceremony, 500 guests had dinner at a restaurant in Manila. The space was decorated with red colors, symbolizing luck and happiness. The couple also prepared gifts for the guests, which were transported from Vietnam to Manila. At the end of March, they will host another wedding ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City.

Linh, 30, a model and actress, has appeared in many fashion shows and has also starred in several TV series.

Phillip, 38, is the third son of Johnathan Hanh Nguyen, the chairman of IPPG - the top luxury retailer in Vietnam. The group is the exclusive distributor of over 100 luxury fashion brands in Vietnam, including Rolex, Cartier, Dolce & Gabbana, Balmain, Ermenegildo Zegna and others.
