According to the Daily Mail, the split came to light as an industry insider told South Korean media outlets that the couple called it quits due to their "busy schedules."
Following local media reports, Blackpink’s management agency YG Entertainment confirmed in a statement that the two had broken up.
It has been only two months since the relationship was revealed by South Korean news site Dispatch in August this year, reported The Straits Times.
Jisoo, 28, was born Kim Jisoo in Gunpo, South Korea. She made her debut in Blackpink in 2016 before launching her simultaneous solo career in early 2023.
Ahn, 35, made his acting debut in 2014. He had starred in various film projects before making a turning point in his career with his appearance in the South Korean drama series "Itaewon Class."
