In 2024, Thailand indefinitely extended its visa-free entry policy for Indian travelers to encourage more arrivals from the world's most populous nation.
Indian tourists can now stay in Thailand for up to 60 days without a visa, with the option to extend their stay by an additional 30 days at local immigration offices, India Today reported.
Malaysia also waives visas for Indian tourists until Dec. 31, 2026.
To attract visitors from the world's most populous country, the Philippines started allowing Indian nations to enter without a visa for a maximum stay of 14 days from June last year.
Vietnam and Singapore have not yet to offer visa-free entry for Indians. Vietnam received 746,000 Indian tourists last year.
