Three airport officers arrested for allegedly stealing from passengers

Three security officers at Miami International Airport in Florida, the U.S. have been detained for allegedly stealing from passengers during security screenings.

According to the investigation, the trio were seen on surveillance video distracting passengers as they were being screened and stole money from their belongings, CBS News reported.

Based on surveillance camera, investigators found they had removed $600 from a passenger's wallet.

Police suspected they have committed more thefts in other incidents as investigation is being expanded.
