The Albion by Kirk Westaway, on the hotel's 23rd floor, combines innovative British cuisine with skyline views. Named after an ancient term for Britain, The Albion introduces an elevated interpretation of British gastronomy within an art-deco setting inspired by the 1930s. The venue's design combines tradition with modern touches, creating an inviting space for both hotel guests and local diners.
Hôtel des Arts Saigon - MGallery Collection embodies a blend of art deco style and unique art pieces, curated by the hotel's owner. The Albion enhances this ambiance with its refined British influence, featuring a classic British bar, wooden paneling, and decor inspired by London's exclusive private clubs. This 60-seat dining space combines rich wallpapers, intricate textures, and marble accents against panoramic views of the city.

Modern British cuisine reimagined
Renowned for his two-Michelin-starred Singapore restaurant JAAN by Kirk Westaway, Chef Kirk brings his expertise in modern British cuisine to Vietnam, crafting a menu that is both approachable and vibrant.
The menu, designed with Head Chef Christopher Clarke, features British classics, incorporating the finest produce, including organic ingredients from Da Lat and select international sources.
Guests can expect creative spins on beloved British pairings, such as strawberries and cream, roast chicken with thyme, and fish and chips. The menu is divided into four sections—Let's Begin, Main Courses, To Share, and Something Sweet—highlighting fresh ingredients and culinary techniques that enhance natural flavors.
"I'm thrilled to bring this concept to Ho Chi Minh City," Kirk said. "Vietnamese and British cuisines share an appreciation for subtle, refined flavors, which align with my cooking style. I look forward to welcoming the people of Vietnam to The Albion."
