The man's health is in a stable condition and he only suffered some scratches on his hands, police said on Tuesday as cited by Vietnam News Agency.
On Monday, a group of foreign tourists trekked through dense forests inside the national park, a popular destination for mountain climbing and overnight camping, around 50 km from Da Lat.
However, Song Mun Su, 71, was separated from his group and got lost.
The national park's staff and other tourists rushed to find the South Korean tourist but failed.
After receiving reports from the national park's staff, local police stepped in and found the missing tourist that same night.
Last year, a Singaporean tourist and his Vietnamese friend were found one day after getting lost in the national park.
