The carrier also announced to increase flight frequencies to Southeast Asian cities such as Malaysia's Ipoh and Thailand's Chiang Mai and Bangkok, The Straits Times reported.
Starting in August, flights to Bangkok will increase from 35 to 39 weekly, while services to Ipoh will rise from 17 to 21 weekly from November.
In December, Scoot will double its flight frequency to Chiang Mai, from seven to 14 per week.
Scoot stated that the higher number of flights aims to meet the expected demand for air travel during the year-end and New Year holiday periods.
