"Nostalgia" dining event

Two establishments within Ho Chi Minh City, Nous and An's Saigon, have collaborated for a dining event, titled "Nostalgia." The collaboration menu combines the culinary styles of An's Saigon, renowned for its progressive Vietnamese cuisine, and Nous, celebrated for its contemporary interpretations.

Nous is a capsule restaurant that serves an omakase-style tasting menu to only 10 guests per night at a counter overlooking the open kitchen. An's Saigon is a cozy house that offers cuisine, a café, and boutique spa, with a more Vietnamese-inspired approach.

Attendees are advised to book in advance to secure seating. The event is scheduled to commence at 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, at Nous, on the 1st Floor at 42Bis Ly Tu Trong, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1.
