The 16th floor will house the Nest Executive Lounge, a space designed for business-class guests to relax and enjoy sweeping views of the skyline.
Guest rooms will be outfitted with floor-to-ceiling windows, offering unobstructed views of Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, and the Arabian Gulf.
Additional amenities include a state-of-the-art gym, a private children's pool, and 10 restaurants and bars.
Dubai was recently named the third most popular travel destination in the world by TripAdvisor's Travellers' Choice Awards. The travel platform describes the city as a blend of modernity and tradition, where visitors can attend a performance at the Dubai Opera or take in the skyline from the top of the Burj Khalifa.
For those seeking adventure, options include hot air balloon rides over the desert, thrill rides at IMG Worlds of Adventure, and skydiving over the Palm Jumeirah.
