Singapore's Changi Airport, home to the world's largest indoor waterfall, has been voted Asia's best airport at this year's Reader's Choice Awards by travel magazine DestinAsian.

Singapore continues to dominate international aviation, with Changi Airport consistently outperforming competitors to claim the title of best airport in the Asia-Pacific region and often the world, the magazine wrote.

The airport exemplifies a seamless travel experience, offering automated check-in and immigration gates, serene spaces adorned with modern art installations and lush greenery, 24/7 movie theaters, a wide array of dining options, and much more.

Recently, Changi became one of the first airports globally to implement passport-free immigration clearance across all terminals, allowing travelers to clear immigration in as little as 10 seconds.

The awards celebrate the finest destinations, hotels, airlines, and travel services across the region, based on votes from thousands of travelers worldwide. The rankings prioritize service quality, travel experiences, and, most importantly, visitor satisfaction.

Suvarnabhumi Airport of Bangkok came in second, followed by Hong Kong International Airport and Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali.

Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Jakarta ranked fifth.
