The list was compiled by London-based luggage storage company Bounce, which analyzed the world's 250 most popular beach destinations from a variety of travel sources before narrowing the selection down to 100.
Each spot was evaluated based on a number of factors: water temperature, weather, average hotel price, number of restaurants and bars, and number of Instagram hashtags.
Mui Ne scored 5.84 points out of 10.
"Out of all the top 10 best beach destinations, the only one with average hotel prices under $55 per night is Mui Ne," Bounce revealed.

The town has average temperatures of 26.5 degrees Celsius and boasts 247 restaurants and bars.
According to Bounce, there were 36,700 #Mui Ne tags posted on Instagram.
Mui Ne enjoys a tropical climate all year round and has become a favorite tourist destination among Russian tourists in recent years, earning its nickname as 'Little Moscow.'
Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro topped the list thanks in part to the fact that it has more restaurants and bars (11,153) than any other contender.
It was followed by Miami Beach and Venice Beach in the U.S.
