This is not the first time Crowe has visited the Michelin-starred eatery. He previously dined there in 2021.
Jay shot to international fame in 2018 when the Michelin Guide awarded her streetside restaurant a star in its first Bangkok edition.
Since then, tourists from around the world have waited in three-hour lines to sample her legendary crab meat omelette, known as crab egg roll made with ingredients like chicken eggs and crab meat and served with raw vegetables and chutney.
Jay famously cooks these dishes over blazing coals, wearing her signature ski goggles to protect her eyes from the sparks.
Crowe gained international recognition for his starring roles in the thriller "L.A. Confidential" (1997) and in the drama "The Insider" (1999). He won the Best Actor Oscar in 2001 for the blockbuster movie "Gladiator".
