Le Méridien Saigon is celebrating the beauty, flavors, and essence of Japanese culture with a series of dining events throughout October, offering guests a taste of tradition and warmth.

Le Méridien Saigon's Latest Recipe restaurant invites guests to indulge in the seasonal splendor through the "Dish of the Month: Charcoal-Grilled Satsuma A5 Wagyu Beef," perfected with an aromatic Arima pepper sauce. Crafted by Executive Chef Phi Cong, this dish is a true celebration of Japanese culinary artistry, capturing the essence of autumn.

Available for both dinner and brunch from Oct. 6, this Wagyu dish promises to transport diners into a lively atmosphere, perfectly paired with the special dish.

Prices start from VND1.35++ million (US$54.35) per person for the buffet dinner and VND1.59++ million (US$64.02) for Sunday brunch, both of which include unlimited drink options.

Barson's "Pause + Savour"

Barson presents "Pause + Savour" Chapter 4 on Oct. 10 and 11, featuring guest chef Yasuhiko Ichinohe from The Eition Tokyo. This four-hand, five-course menu pays tribute to Japan’s rich culinary heritage, thoughtfully paired with an exquisite selection of wines curated by Sommelier Huyen Ha.

Priced at VND1.6++ million ($64.42) per person with an optional wine pairing for VND600,000++ ($24.16), this exclusive event promises an elegant evening filled with refined flavors and warm, passionate craftsmanship, all designed to encapsulate the true essence of Japanese cuisine.

Mate mash-up series at Akuna

Fine dining enthusiasts can experience the "Mate Mash-up Series" at Akuna on Oct. 12. This exclusive four-hand, six-course set menu, designed by culinary masters Chef Hatch and Chef Sam, promises to be a culinary masterpiece.

Combining Japanese artistry with innovative flavors, this unique dining experience will be served in an intimate setting that highlights Akuna’s refined ambiance, making it a culinary adventure not to be missed.

Spirit of women and the beauty of Japan

In honor of Vietnam Women's Day on Oct. 20, Le Méridien Saigon is paying tribute to the grace and elegance of Vietnamese women with the special dining event "A Week of Love." Guests can celebrate their special women with red-edition chocolate boxes, a Sunday brunch with flowers, free-flow champagne at Latest Recipe, and a "Flower + Candle" workshop with a glass of Rosé at Barson.
