South Korean actress Song Hye Kyo enjoys Italian cuisine at luxury restaurants

After attending a Chaumet brand event where she served as the representative face, Song went to exhibitions, visiting museums and walking around old streets.
She and her group of friends visited many famous restaurants in Venice, most of them outdoor venues with sea views, located close to the Grand Canal, a tourism symbol of the coastal city.

One of them was Gio's Restaurant inside The St. Regis Venice Hotel.
The restaurant serves modern Italian dishes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
It has two dining areas: an outdoor area on a terrace overlooking the canal, and an indoor area decorated with yellow walls and crystal chandeliers.

The menu at Gio's Restaurant offers a wide selection of classic and modern Italian dishes such as salmon carpaccio, grilled lobster, and pumpkin soup for appetizers.

The restaurant is named after famous chef Giuseppe Cipriani, who founded Harry's Bar in Venice in 1931.

One of the dishes that she ordered for dinner was carpaccio made from thinly sliced raw beef, often served with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and herbs.
