Ingredients:
- Yogurt: 4 cups
- Oatmeal: 120 grams
- Fresh milk: 350-400 ml
- Strawberries: 200 grams
- Gelatin: 20 grams
- Sugar (to taste)
Preparation steps:
- Wash the strawberries, cut them into small pieces, and mash them with a fork.
- Put the oatmeal in a bowl, add the yogurt and mashed strawberries, stir the mixture, and leave it for 10 minutes for the oatmeal to bloat and soften.
- Soak the gelatin until it bloats. Warm the milk, then add the bloated gelatin and sugar, stirring until everything is dissolved.
- Pour the gelatin mixture into the yogurt-oatmeal-strawberry mixture, stir it well, and pour it into a container with a round or heart shape for display purpose.
- Put the pudding into the fridge for two to three hours. Then blend a few strawberries with warm water, add some bloated gelatin and sugar, and leave the mixture to cool before pouring it onto the pudding for an extra pinky layer. Put it back in the fridge.
- Warm up the outer layer of the pudding container with a hair dryer to remove the pudding. Decorate it with more strawberries. Enjoy!
