Exhibition/Installation: “Qua”

Bao’s works reflect the exiled life and a longing for a sense of origin. He researched plastic art druing his time as a student at an art school in France, taking Vietnam’s cultural and religious symbols and transforms them: lanterns, altars and old pictures. In this exhibition, he specifically uses transparent materials such as glass, plastic and thin rice paper to draw near obscure memories.
