Users need a phone case with a slot to attach the strap.
Apple offers two such cases for the iPhone 17 series, the TechWoven MagSafe case at VND1.6 million ($60) and the Silicon MagSafe case at VND1.4 million ($50), meaning it will cost users over VND3 million ($100) to use the strap.

The company is known for expensive accessories with functions that can be found in cheaper products.
It has sold in the past a screen-cleaning cloth for VND529,000 ($20) and a USB-C to Lightning adapter for nearly VND1 million ($40).
