NAB Vietnam named to Fortune 100 best companies to work in Southeast Asia

National Australia Bank (NAB) Innovation Centre Vietnam has been recognized in the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For Southeast Asia 2025 list, alongside 10 other Vietnamese companies.

95% of employees at NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam affirm it is a great place to work.

The "Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For Southeast Asia" list is the region's most comprehensive measure of the employee experience, based on Great Place To Work's proprietary Trust Index Survey. Only companies with consistently high survey responses from employees, regardless of their role, department, or status in the company, can secure a placement on the list.

The "Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For Southeast Asia 2025" list compiles feedback from 1.3 million employees across over 450 companies in the region. Trust Index scores among the Fortune 100 Best Companies ranged from 80% to 92%, significantly exceeding the regional average of 67% for employees reporting positive workplace experiences. For NAB Vietnam, 95% of their employees say it is a great place to work compared to 59% of employees at a typical Global company.

The recognition reflects NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam's stated commitment to an inclusive culture, innovation that impacts NAB's global customer base, cutting-edge technology, a strong colleague experience, leadership, and continuous learning. According to the data, 95% of employees at NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam report it is a great place to work, compared to 59% of employees at a typical global company.

The Fortune 100 recognition accompanies NAB's ongoing investment in upskilling and training programs for colleagues, including a variety training programs through the Tech Academy and Business Academy. NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam also highlights its commitment to gender diversity and inclusion, noting that women hold 50% of senior leadership roles and that 30% of NAB Vietnam's overall talent is female, which is more than triple the industry average.

Through its Tech Academy, NAB Vietnam has supported more than 500 Vietnamese students through paid internships, with over 90% transitioning into full-time roles, which contributes to Vietnam's future technology leadership pipeline and sustainable tech ecosystem growth.

Founded in 2019, the NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam operates from two state-of-the-art offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, employing over 2.200 people. NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam is currently one of the largest private investors from Australia in Vietnam, contributing to stronger economic and trade ties between the two countries.

In September 2025, NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam awarded the Asian Technology Excellence Award. The center's commitment to innovation was also recognized at Innovate Vietnam 2025, the country's largest science and technology event hosted by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Finance.
